Summer has finally arrived! If you're anything like me, this is the time of year that you feel most alive! For many travelers, this means taking advantage of the sun and heat around the country.

California is a popular destination in the summer (and winter, too!) due to it's warm sunny days and mild nights, easy access to numerous national parks, and long stretches of beaches. The Pacific Northwest is also a wonderful place to spend a contract. The winter rains have passed, leaving a breathtaking lush green landscape behind, along with warm summer temps and short drives to rocky beaches. Maine is another great summer desination that boasts scenic drives, sandy beaches, and great food.
